As Parent & Baby Grow

Parents attend with their newborns and infants to share information, questions and concerns. Public Health Nurses and occasional guest speakers provide support and expertise.

Building Healthy Babies –
 A prenatal nutrition program to support pregnant women to reduce low birth weight and
provide support until their child is 6 months old.

Baby Weigh In
Ongoing support for parents having challenges feeding their infant. Public Health Nurses will weigh babies, provide information and support.

Early Words –
Through screening clinics, parent groups and Early Words program support, information and assistance is available to answer questions parents/caregivers may have regarding children’s speech, language and vocabulary development.
